Inaugural Event of UNESCO International "Arts for Peace" Festival

FringeBacker, as network partner of UNESCO Observatory for Research in Local Cultures and Creativity in Education (RLCCE), celebrates the inaugural event of the International "Arts for Peace" Festival at the Hong Kong Queen Elizabeth Stadium. Together with Consul-Generals from around the world, FringeBacker embraces the power of arts and encourages everyone to take upon the role of peacemakers and to change the world.
