2019 OLYMPIC DAY - Event Information

Event/ Starting time

• 3km Fun Run - 8:00 a.m./ 8:30 a.m./ 9:00 a.m. (time limit: 30 minutes)
• Family Run - 9:15 a.m./ 09:30 a.m. (time limit: 15 minutes)

Entry Requirement

• 3km Fun Run - Individuals of all ages are welcomed
• Family Run - At least one adult (Parent/ Guardian) aged 18 years old or above and one child aged 3 to 12 years old

Entry fee

• 3km Fun Run - HK$120 per person
• Family Fun Run - HK$250 per group (2-4 persons)

Total: 3,000 pax

Deadline of Enrolment

Remarks for Enrolment

• Each successful participant will be informed by email after the enrolment deadline about the detailed arrangement for the collection of event t-shirt, number bib and the assigned starting time.
• Application by mail / fax/ e-mail/ in person or on event day is NOT accepted.
• Entry fee is non-refundable once the entry has been accepted.
• Successful applicants will receive Confirmation Email within a week after the enrollment date. If not, please contact SF&OC after this date to check their entries.

Collection of Event T-shirt and Number Bib

• Participants have to collect the event T-shirt and number bib at Olympic House, 1 Stadium Path, So Kon Po, Causeway Bay on 15 June 2019 or 17-21 June 2019 within the specified time. For details, please refer to the “Event Information Email” that will be sent to you after the enrolment deadline.
• Note: The Event T- shirt and number bib will NOT be distributed on event day. Participants who cannot present the number bib on the event day will not be allowed to participate in 2019 Olympic Day.

2019 Olympic Day

All participants could join the celebration events of 2019 Olympic Day including ceremony, sports trials & activities and sports demonstration, etc. All participants are welcome!

Dress Code

• No apparel items worn by participants during the event should be emblazoned with commercial names or commercial message except the event T-shirt provided (unless otherwise approved).
• Organizer would reserve the rights to decline any participants who had violated the rules and regulations set by Organizer.

Baggage Storage

Baggage storage will be provided

Prize and Ranking

As this is a Fun Day event, there will not be any prizes or rankings

Lucky Draw

All participants could join the lucky draw to be held on the event day using the number bib. Lucky draw prizes include fabulous gifts sponsored by Panasonic, Fitness First, Regal Hotels and SuperPark Hong Kong. The results of the Lucky Draw will be announced on 28 June 2019 in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard. (Trade Promotion Competition Licence No.: 52124)

Health Advice

• The weather condition on event day is expected to be very hot and humid as it is held in summer. Sun screen protection, hat and insect repellent are highly recommended.
• The Organizer suggests all participants to monitor their own physical conditions deemed fit and capable for participating in the event.
• In case you are feeling sick during the event, you should immediately approach the officials in the vicinity for assistance.
