Collection of Runner's Pack

Thank you very much for supporting Po Leung Kuk Charity Run. Every runner should collect the pack by presenting the registration confirmation email in the below date and venue. Runners are requested to pick up the pack before the race and put the number bib on the chest on race day. If a representative is collecting the pack on your behalf, he/she must present the registration confirmation email and a photocopy of your HKID. No runner’s pack will be distributed on race day.

21st Jan 2019 (Mon): 4pm-8pm

Remark 1: Please bring your own bag
Remark 2: Additional shuttle bus tickets will also be available for sale at the runner’s pack collection counter
Remark 3: Official donation receipt will be sent by post within one month after the race

現距離賽事尚有約一個月,是時候做好準備!保良局邀得「香港青年體育會」支持,義務提供以下「間歇訓練法」跑步課程予所有已報名之跑手,指導提升心肺功能的技巧。課程由該會專業體適能教練教授,費用全免,有興趣的跑手請把握機會報名參加喇!

- 選取『保良局慈善跑2019特約訓練課程-如何提升心肺功能(間歇訓練法)』並選擇報讀。
- 成功報名後,將會收到電郵及電話通知課程須知。
備註:
1. 參加者需為18歲或以上。
2. 課程名額有限,先到先得,不設補堂。
3. 參加者成功報名後,將由「香港青年體育會」直接與參加者跟進課程相關事宜。
4. 有關課程由「香港青年體育會」主辦,如參加者在活動期間發生意外或受傷,保良局並不負上任何法律責任或賠償。
