場內將不設桌椅，參加者將於戶外草地上繪畫，參加者可自攜地蓆及晴雨用具
輕便營幕則請確保放於場內靠邊位置, 以避免影響其他參加者安全為原則

已登記參加者可優先上車

接駁巴士為60座大巴, 應有剩餘位置可供多人乘座, 否則可等待下一班車 (如於九龍站, 亦可選擇徒步10分鐘前往)
